1. Birth certificate of child issued by MCD/NDMC/Municipal Corporation.

1. Ration card/Smart card issued in the name of parents (having name of child)
2. Voter I-card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
3. Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill in the name of any of the parents.
4. Passport issued by Govt. of India in the name of any of the parents or child.
5. Aadhar Card/UID Card issued in the name of any of the parents.

Mobile Phone and internet bills will not be acceptable.
Acknowledgment receipt of Aadhar card/UID card will not be acceptable.
